As soon as Dean Russell, a filmmaker and content creator who is located in Los Angeles, California, was able to pick up a camera he began to produce sketch comedy shows starring himself and then, short films which eventually led him to attend LACHSA (Los Angeles County High School For The Arts). This is were he was able to begin producing content on a professional scale and let him find his passion in commercial directing.

His passion for commercial work is rooted from the films that him and his mom would watch together. He uses his extensive film history knowledge to inform his commercial work which gives him a unique cinematic style.

Dean Russell has directed over 25 projects (including 10 commercials), been a cinematographer for over 30 shorts and runs his self-enterprise “Dean Russell Productions” which focuses on branded content. His goal to direct commercials for television and who knows, maybe one day for the Superbowl!
