Director Statement

“The Tale of Two Cruel Rulers” is a reflection of the deepest shock and grief war can bring. It’s a universal story, an abstract cautionary tale, about men who wage wars but do not suffer the consequences. The main message is: "Nobody wins in wars". The film is made to reflect the tragedy of war and how meaningless and cruel it is.
