Experiencing Interruptions?

The Sum of Three

The footage documents a woman playing the role of my Great Grandmother following immigration as she attempts to connect to ritual, spirit, and nature set within a world that generally favors manmade structures and business endeavors. Just as American society has suppressed multicultural practices of immigrants in favor of assimilation, women have been expected to suppress their own journeys and self-expression in order to conform to existing gender roles. This film has a G rating and is suitable for all audiences.
