Director Biography - Marko Sakren

Marko Sakren has been practicing the art and science of cinematic storytelling for quite awhile now, in between family and day jobs, having completed five feature films and dozens of shorts on shoestring budgets, exploring a variety of genres and styles. He has written more than a dozen screenplays, of which four have been produced.

Director Statement

Wore nearly every hat on this bootstrap production with an out-of-my-pocket shoestring budget, and a voluntary cast. My hats: Writer, Producer, Director, LP, PM, AD, PD, DP/Camera, Sound, Wardrobe, Editing, Coloring, Sound Design, Poster Art, and more. Had to abandon the project in its current state out of sheer exhaustion and limit of my abilities due to my multiple disabilities.

Please fund my next feature project “Vegas Christ” so I can hire a full crew and professional cast. Enough with wearing all the hats.
