Director Biography - Maaz Kazmi

I am Maaz Kazmi, a filmmaker and a media professional with an academic background specializing in media studies. I am presently a writer-director-creative producer in the Television and Digital media space and have directed several shows and digital films in the past 9 years of working in the industry.
I have written and directed films for brands like Times, Honor India, Reliance, NBA India, Dabur, Future Group, Discovery India etc. Today my work profile ranges from writing and directing a 5 part non-fiction series for MX Player called 'Express Yourself' to a 4 part docu-series on the Indian Air Force Academy for Discovery India.
Carrying an incredible passion towards audio-visual storytelling, over the years I have also made several independent films that did successful rounds of film festival circuits and won accolades internationally.
