He was born in Samsun in 1995. He attended Samsun Atakum Denizevleri Primary School and Cumhuriyet High School. He graduated from the Eastern Mediterranean University, Department of Interior Architecture in Cyprus in 2018.
His love for theater and cinema, which began with the encouragement of his elementary school teacher Mr. Erhan, continued to grow throughout his education. He took part in numerous school plays and most recently in university theater productions. In his final year of university, he received training in filmmaking. He also received on-camera acting training at the Müjdat Gezen Theater School (2018-2019). He played a role in 'Pera Musical,' written, directed, and starring Müjdat Gezen, with the participation of many prominent actors. Atakan Karabulut, who aims to improve himself in the fields of screenwriting, acting, and directing day by day, has several short films to his name. He releases all of his productions under his own banner, 'Cinek Film.'
