Experiencing Interruptions?

the rythm of glitch

In "The rythm of glitch," the boundaries of dance, space, and reality blur as we embark on a psychedelic journey through the world of VR. Set to the evocative beats of "Jazz Blanche" by Blvd Noir, the film melds and moshes the graceful movements of dancers from Yunan, trained under the legendary Yang Liping, with a serene fishing boat ride on the oceans of the Philippines. As the dancers perform in their sensei's studio, their movements are intertwined with scenes of a tranquil beach and the mesmerizing boat ride, all brought together through the art of data moshing. This fusion creates a surreal dance experience where not only the dancers move, but the very fabric of their surroundings shifts and transforms as if the world the viewer is immersed in is itself joining in the dance. The result is a captivating immersive dance film that challenges our perceptions of space, movement, and reality.

Through this piece, we explore the synergy between dance, body movement, and the cinematic narrative, inviting audiences to immerse themselves in a world where every frame is a dance and every dance tells a story.
