Synopsis: Kabir and Sakshi are in an unhealthy live-in relationship for about three years. They have the consent of Kabir's mother and sister for this relationship. Yet, Sakshi's short-temperedness and her doubt that Kabir has an affair with a colleague, ends Kabir's patience. In a heated debate, Kabir slaps Sakshi and asks for ending the relationship.

Sakshi takes this reaction from Kabir in such an unusual way that she threatens to destroy Kabir's life. Sakshi complains to the Police of her molestation and rape by Kabir. Kabir's sister tries her best to prove his innocence and release Kabir, in Court. But she loses and Kabir is send to jail as a culprit for raping Sakshi. The death of his mother due to the shock, life in jail and the accusation shatters Kabir mentally.
