Director Statement

These stories consist of what I saw and felt in the fragmentation of childhood. I want to explore the lies between adults from the perspective of a little girl, and show that women will inevitably encounter violence under the patriarchal society from childhood to adulthood. The violence comes from boys, families ，even their own mothers and self shackles. The little girl is growing up, but also feeling lost and miserable.

I believe that every girl is abused in her childhood due to her lack of gender awareness and weak sense of self-protection, which has a negative impact on her body and mind. I want to speak out on this point.
The producer, director, writer and art director of the short film are all women.The DP is currently studying at the Dodge Department of Photography at Chapman University.
