A little girl, locked up in a clinic, is in front of the her new psychiatrist to talk about her mental disorders.
A scary-looking man, holding a bloody knife, suddenly appears behind her. That being is not real, created only by the child's imagination, but it has the power to kill people.
The girl's nightmares take shape and she doesn't know how to control them.
