The Process

This is another selection process, the role to be played does not matter, because none of our characters will reach the vacancy. In common, the characters have unemployment, financial problems, anguish and being residents of the extremes of the city of São Paulo.
Maria: single mother; Carlos: a middle aged man, application driver; Larissa: a university student; Marcos, a young man, 18 years old, looking for his first job; Adriana a young woman who has suffered buling and discrimination since school.
Bruno, he's in his 30s is an actor, but he's looking for an opportunity for monthly remuneration, with no delays. Júlia: an art teacher, who has just been fired for fighting for better conditions in education; Ricardo, a young man with a promising future, believes that he is better than anyone, has a mysterious Coach as an example and an adviser; All of them are looking for a job opportunity and participate in a selection process at a large job fair, their stories intersect in this selection process. The recruiters Sônia, Pedro and Mayara are prepared to appreciate
for the aesthetics above all in the selection, they conduct dynamics for the participants according to each stage. But they do not imagine that they themselves are also being evaluated, weighed, measured and manipulated in these processes.
