Director Biography - Dávid Attila

Attila Dávid was born on January 3, 1974 in Kalocsa.

In 1996, he graduated from the College of Commerce and Economics in Szolnok, with degrees in "economist in foreign trade" and "public relations consultant-manager".

Since childhood, he has been writing - among other things - short stories, some of which he made into short film scripts, based on which he started editing short films in the winter of 2022.

(He is not the same as Attila Dávid, who graduated as a film director in Budapest.)

Dávid Attila 1974 január 3-án született Kalocsán.

1996-ban végzett a szolnoki Kereskedelmi és Gazdasági Főiskolán, "közgazdász külgazdasági szakon" és "Public Relations tanácsadó-menedzser" végzettségeket szerezve.

Gyerekkora óta ír - többek között - novellákat, amelyek egy részéből rövidfilm-forgatókönyveket készített, amelyek alapján 2022. telén rövidfilmeket kezdett szerkeszteni.

(Nem azonos a Budapesten filmrendezőként végzett Dávid Attilával.)

Director Statement

I first wrote my story The President as a short story, only years later did I make it into a short film script.

Based on this short film script, I edited the short film The President with the help of free and legal Pexels and Pixabay photos, background music and the Clipchamp video editing program.

My goal with this story was to surprise: the viewers of the film do not get what they expected based on the beginning and middle of the film at the end of the film...

Az Elnök című történetemet először novellaként írtam meg, csak évekkel később készítettem belőle rövidfilm-forgatókönyvet.

E rövidfilm-forgatókönyv alapján szerkesztettem Az Elnök című rövidfilmet ingyenesen és legálisan felhasználható Pexels és Pixabay fotók, valamint aláfestőzene és a Clipchamp videószerkesztő program segítségével.

A célom ezzel a történettel a meghökkentés volt: a film nézői a film végére nem azt kapják, amit a film eleje és közepe alapján vártak volna...
