Director Biography - Malky Chatteleo

Malky Chatteleo is an Indonesian Surreal Filmmaker. Born in Bandung, 24 November 2006. Director of films among “As a Human Being”, “Rizal and Mosquitoes”, “Rizal and Love”, “Rizal and Wings”, and there’s other Surreal Films. He has passion in Surreal Filmmaking. For Malky, Surreal is not just about the concept or the symbol or even the abstract/absurd, Surreal is about making people have their own perspective about the Art. His favorite thing on film is Directing, He has inspired by David Lynch, Stanley Kubrick, Martin Scorsese, & Edgar Wright. He is also an Actor, his iconic roles are “Akmal” from “As a Human Being” and “Rizal” from “Rizal and Mosquitoes” which selected at First-Time Filmmaker hosted by Lift-Off Global Network Shorts: Students of Storytelling.
