An mca-i silver reel and film festival award winner, he is currently developing several scripted properties including A Pen for the Blind in the Knife Drawer, Gentleman Crook, Or Current Resident, and Total State Machine.

I wanted to make a film that was challenging to watch. Not impenetrable, but tricky; a Chapel Perilous for viewers to think about later.

I believe that at some point you have to trust your instincts. That, the intent to act and the subsequent act itself become the same. Though this is inevitably limited to our specific perceptual frame, I wanted to avoid the usual tropes and expectations surrounding the structure of a filmed mystery; consequently, it was important to experiment with a layering of time frames, shuffled timelines, shifting continuity, and metaphor play to get at the heart of Henry’s moral and existential odyssey. A slower, hidden kind of cinema. A puzzle that, in as much I hope it will be enjoyed, will leave the viewer wondering.
