When it comes to creating my own cartoons, the colorful and creative worlds from animated shows and movies that I like and video games play a big role in inspiring me as an artist. Some of my favorite worlds to explore include Doraemon, Pokémon, Kirby, and various Nintendo franchises. I’m very drawn to Japanese culture and media like animation or music.
Music is another inspirational factor when it comes to developing my cartoons. I listen to music almost every time I pick up a pencil. From J-Pop and gospel songs, to instrumental soundtracks from my favorite movies or video games, going on walks or bike rides while listening to music gets my creative juices flowing and helps me think of new ideas and inspiration for cartoons.
I believe in passion as the backbone for creativity and craft. Passion allows you to find the patience and persistence for wanting to continue your craft, and the drive to practice in order to reach your dreams. As long as you have passion and love for anything that you do or want to accomplish, you can make it happen.

During this entire process, we learned how to use Toon Boom, Adobe After Effects, Maya, Premiere Pro, and other tools of the trade to make our film, the process and steps that an animation studio must take to bring an idea to the screen, and how to collaborate and communicate ideas as a team,
