Jordan Wood Amsler grew up in a suburb of Dallas, TX. He was exposed to films like Star Wars and Blade Runner growing up which would propel his interests towards film making. He lives in Phoenix, AZ now with his girlfriend and two cats.
"Making a film should be entertaining of course, but it should be illuminating as well - it should be enlightening to a certain extent...it should tempt those who are broken with hope and perhaps even joy. It should inspire people - make them believe in a part of themselves they may not have noticed before. Of course you want your film to make it big, of course you want to make some money on it - but ultimately a film to me, a good one at least, is a moving amalgam of all the high arts working together in synchronization. It should challenge you, it should stay with you in your soul, maybe even haunt you."
