Writer Biography - Ben Ellis

I've written two feature film scripts; THE MESSAGE and ROW Z.

THE MESSAGE

After his family is killed in The Blitz, a British soldier accepts a suicide mission to infiltrate the Nazi atomic bomb program only to discover The Holocaust, now he must escape Germany and tell the world.

Genre: War Film – World War II – Escape & Holocaust.

Length: 90 page feature script.

ROW Z

Uprooted from home, a semi-pro footballer searches for friendship in a ragtag team of misfits, staking his business start-up loan on entering a tournament they’ll never win – a fact he neglects to tell his girlfriend.

Genre: Comedy/Drama – Sports Film – Football

Length: 120 page feature script.

I've also rewritten this into a 35 page comedy/drama TV series, completing the first episode and having the remaining 6 episodes mapped out.

I have self-published two novels, ‘IN A RIGHT STATE' and ‘BROKEN BRANCHES’, both dystopians.

My third novel , 'HOW WE GOT TO TODAY', was traditionally published by Headline and released in 2020.
