The Mendham Project
Jonathan Bauer, a brilliant college dropout, is hired by the government to lead a group of scientists in creating a bomb using stolen German chemicals. When the destructive power of these chemicals is revealed, the scientists find themselves in a sea of moral ambiguity and government conspiracy. Set during World War II, The Mendham Project is an alternate history thriller of nuclear proportions. Being a parody of Oppenheimer, The Mendham Project employs a remixed version of the Oppenheimer soundtrack, which are credited accordingly. Though The Mendham Project does use similar plot points, it expands into a new, exciting story.

Hello, my name is Matthew Spataro and I have spent the past year working on my movie: The Mendham Project. With this film, I aimed to push past the expectations of what a student film can be and create compelling, complex narrative that is entertaining for both casual viewers and those with a keen eye for cinematic techniques and creative visuals.
