The Mark
A homeless man, who is sleeping rough, finds a mark on his forearm that matches a graffito on the wall behind him. His hat, which has been on the sidewalk in front of him, begins to fill with cash from passers-by. He sleeps and wakes. Then he tries to share his newfound cash. Nobody takes it. Was his attempted charity to others just a dream? Once again he receives cash, but it all has the mark on it.
