Saharat Liampeng is a Thai medical student from Bangkok, Thailand. Without any experience of filming but an impact story to tell, he dedicated himself to his first documentary film named 'The Marginalized'. The dream of health equity for neglected people is always in his mind.
'The Marginalized' is based on a true story and situation currently happening on the Thai-Myanmar border. People are struggling by themselves because of disparities in the healthcare system.
