The Maraboustorks and The Hoofscorers

The documentary tracks the lives of Marabou storks at a market near a Kampala abattoir. Because of the birds’ tendency to snatch meat – their main food, which unfortunately is also the source of income for the people working at the market, there’s growing hostility which threatens to push the birds into starvation but the birds aren’t taking it lying down.
