The Lovett School High School Film Fest was created to encourage and inspire young filmmakers from around the world by providing them a venue to publicly screen their short films and a place to connect with one another. We do not charge submission fees so that all may be free to share their work. Our audience is also welcomed free of charge to view the films at our annual festival.

Our festival hands out awards in a variety of categories: Best US Narrative, Best Int'l Narrative, Best US Doc, Best Int'l Doc, Best US Animation, Best Int'l Animation, Best US Music Video, Best Int'l Music Video, Best Made In Georgia, Best of Fest. There are no physical awards.

Films must have a max running time of 12 minutes and have been written, directed and edited by teens ages 13-18.

Please send an email with proof of age(s) to: david.silverman@lovett.org. Please include your FilmFreeway submission number and Name Of Film in the email's subject line.
