The Last Dance
Inspired by the works of Edward Hopper, The Last Dance tells the story of Samantha's journey through grief after the death of her husband. Trapped in a house filled with memories, she relives happy moments as reality and fantasy blend together, culminating in a solitary dance that reflects the weight of lost love and the pain of absence.

Marina Dumont is a film director and producer with an MBA in Film from Max Planck University. She has produced and directed over 10 short films and 1 amateur film. This is the first short film produced and directed by Marina after completing her studies.
Breaking conventions and engaging with the audience's emotions is Marina's passion. A story that is not told in chronological order, without dialogue, and presented in a dynamic way. The goal is to convey the same emotions as the main character to the viewers, offering an immersive and thought-provoking experience of the work.
