Anette Svane is a Norwegian filmmaker and film scholar. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in film studies at Lund University. She has a BFA in film production and an MA in film studies. She also has a background from political science, journalism and music. The Lamp in the Ceiling is her second short film as an independent filmmaker.
