The Lady with Purple Shoes

A young woman deeply wishes to have more sexual intimacy with her husband. However, due to his old age, he is not capable of satisfying her needs. Therefore she abandons her only daughter, hoping to find another life in the streets of Kabul – and an all-consuming passion.

(This production was realized under the most difficult circumstances with a courageous team. Afghanistan is still not a safe country that has to deal with terrorist attacks on a daily basis. The entire film crew is happy about every form of broadcast and feedback.)
