Jake D Williamson is a New York-based writer, actor, and director. His original TV pilot Adventure Capital that he wrote and starred in was recently picked up for a streaming deal with the new streaming platform Ficto. Before that, Adventure Capital had a very successful festival run, winning Best Pilot and Best Actor in several festivals and screened at SeriesFest, ITV Fest (Catalyst FF), SOHO Film Fest, and Dances with Films among many others. Recently, Jake’s hour-long pilot screenplay Bonds placed as an official "Second Rounder" at the Austin Film Festival. It was also a semi-finalist at both Screencraft and Bluecat and placed in the top 50 in Cinequest. His short film Siren is currently in post-production and was directed by the prolific Bob Giraldi who directed Michael Jackson’s “Beat It”, Will Smith’s “Just the Two of Us”, and the notable feature film Dinner Rush. The Invitation is Jake's directoral debut.
