The Inverted Sands of Time
Time seems to be an intrinsic aspect of the universe. In our perception, it always appears to flow inexorably from the present to the future. Always in one direction.
But – is that always the case? Or is time more enigmatic than it initially seemed? In ‘The Inverted Sands of Time’, Himalaya Joshi plays with the visceral hourglass of the cosmos and journeys the universe while exploring topics like entropy and the Big Bang. In this experimental, non-fiction science film, he explores whether time can flow in the 'opposite' direction or not and comes to a startling theoretical conclusion at the end.
