The House
In this story the spirit of video dance is the house. The viewer will walk the corridors to find out what lives behind each door, through a constant enigma that is locked up behind those walls. We could say that it is a horror story, only to reveal the nostalgia and the absence that surrounds what lives there. The story of two ghosts tormented by their own ghosts.
The narration presents us with two specters confused about their stay in said space, during their journey we will learn more about their stories and what unites them both.

Sara Aguilar and Andrea Cortés have a degree in Performing Arts from the University of Guanajuato, specializing in performance, directing, and choreography. Together they form Apricut collective.
"We are a group of performing artists who seek to create our projects, collaborate with different artists, and create plays with the highest quality."
The main motivation of this duo comes from the need to create their style of movement mixing the two specialties of each artist: jazz and contemporary, where their expression is shown, and the main strength of the duet, the synchronicity of both dancers.
Part of their artistic training includes dance techniques such as Classical Ballet, Graham, Horton, and Jazz as well as theatrical performance techniques.
Together they have created and produced four audiovisual works; On Our Knees with Antonio Perez (2018); Bruises by Sara Aguilar (2020); Human Off with Billie Silva (2021); La casa with Carlo Olmos (2022). These productions have participated in different festivals in Mexico and abroad being awarded important recognitions such as second place in the NOVUS video-dance contest of the Guerrer Company in 2021; Selected as closure play in the festival commemorating the International Dance Day by the State Institute of Culture in 2021; Selected in the social festival TUDANZAS based in Barcelona, Spain in 2020; Their latest production was evaluated by faculty members of the University of Guanajuato and awarded a Summa Cum Laude merit degree in 2022.
