The Homeless People In Los Angeles

We are now in the twenty first century and there is still homeless people in Los Angeles even in and around West Hollywood, it's just not acceptable anymore.
Most Of these homeless people probably have mental issues as well and can't afford health care or don't even know how to apply for it as they don't have am actual address anyway.
