Director Statement

At the beginning of the war in Yemen, electricity and the Internet were cut off for a long time. This made me isolated in my room for a long time.
My friends with non-Yemeni passports were able to escape and travel on trips organized by other countries to leave Yemen.
Shortly after, Sanaa International Airport closed its doors permanently and travel became almost impossible for residents of the debtor.
Having to stay in an insecure place that marginalized my dreams led me to great frustration.
Every dark night my imagination was my only savior. I imagine the things I hope to do. Hence the idea of making a helmet. I started to assemble the pieces and look for how to make a helmet just as I imagined it. The first helmet industry took me four months of research and work in the field of electronics connected the helmet with electrical wires to enable the lighting in different forms according to the mode of mobility. It became the helmet from the idea of a film to a daily routine out of the bitter reality I live from air strikes, death and depression.

During my journey in the making of the helmet, I met many young people who are experiencing the same experience and suffering. The team got bigger and From there the idea of the film began to turn from fiction to reality.
