Experiencing Interruptions?

The Hasty City

This is a short art film presented in time-lapse photography, capturing the rhythm and texture of modern urban life in Asia: crowded streets, mechanized crowds, and monotonous trajectories day after day. What we see in each frame is not only the repetition of the daily routine, but also the squeeze of the city on the individual's spiritual space.
The short film uses a non-narrative approach with the intention of pulling the viewer away from the traditional story structure. The busy city contrasts sharply with the indifferent crowd, revealing a universal and profound sense of alienation.
The work tries to pose a question to the audience: in this endless rush, have we forgotten the other side of the essence of life - freedom and inner peace?
