The Guillotine
Even in a world where disgracing poems and heartbreaking are considered as criminal offenses, people keep doing these, and get punished. "Guillotine" is the story of broken hearts, disgraced poems, floods of tears, and "a game which has lost its taste" in court houses and execution rooms.

Guillotine is a short film based on an idea that has been with me for a very long while, and was shaped over time slowly. After finishing the script, we had a very meticulous, but at the same time very exciting, four months getting ready for the shooting. In that time, we paid great attention to every detail in script reading, casting, rehearsals, selection of locations and the costumes. In retrospect, I am very happy to have this film out as the tangible output of our collective efforts.
