Cindy Lynn Carter is a published writer, filmmaker, animator and Multimedia Creator. She has an MA in Film & Video from American University and a BA in Radio, TV & Film from University of Maryland, College Park. She has won screenwriting and film awards, and served on the Board of Directors for Creative Screenwriting Magazine.
