The Grandparents

Grandparents is a film about an elderly couple. It tells of the complexity of their relationship, filled with tenderness, pain and time. They spend their days in their apartment, cluttered with useless things, waiting for a mysterious guest to arrive. Meanwhile, a play of light and shadow reveal their memories and feelings.

Director Biography

Milo Masonicic was born in 1994 in Podgorica and he lives in Podgorica. He completed his undergraduate and specialization studies at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje. He published two novels and made two experimental short movies, Grandparents's (2019) and Something is coming (2021)
