The Golden Year

Allison Landi is a writer and director based out of New York City. Originally hailing from across the great Hudson River in New Jersey, Allison moved to the Big Apple to attend the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and then never left. She’s had an almost two decade long acting career, spanning from commercials for companies like Book Of The Month, Samsung, Kay Jewelers, and RoundUp, to black box theatre, and film. She is a member of the American Theatre of Actors in midtown Manhattan, having starred in several plays there including “The Family Serenade” by James Jennings and “The Cherry Tree,” directed by Emma Schwartz. Allison’s short film, "I'm Sorry About Your Marriage," premiered at the Big Apple Film Festival in 2024. She is an award-winning screenwriter for her feature screenplay "The Golden Year," which is currently in development.
