Director Statement

This piece not only reflects our lives from the time in the club but also reflects the experience I gained as a filmmaker in the year and a half I put all of these together and throughout the documentary, you can see not only a development of the garden but also of the people involved, myself included.. Originally three separate parts produced between December 2021 and May 2023 it has been re-edited to fit a theatrical format and tell one continuous story. Gardening may not be the most interesting thing for everyone, but I hope that something about our journey resonates with the audience.
