The Gabriel Awards are for film, radio and television work completed in 2018. The awards honor work in the name of dignity, compassion, community and justice. Winners are from national broadcast entities, public broadcasting groups, and major and independent film producers.

Participants enter this contest because of its legacy of promoting work on social justice and other human dignity topics.

First place winners receive a Gabriel Statue, runners up receive an award certificate.

Participants submit work released in 2018 including broadcast, streaming and DVD releases. Entry fees vary depending on the medium.
