First Last Summer

Nature is dying out, as an ecological catastrophe is continuing. In a secret military center, somewhere at the seaside, research is being carried out on a technology of transforming recidivists with life sentences into animals - species rejuvenators. A young employee of the center makes an attempt to free one of the female prisoners assigned for the conversion.

Director Biography - Nastazja Gonera

Born 1990. Theatrologist, director and scriptwriter graduate of Lodz Film School. She’s an author of several short movies, music videos and documentaries. She is also finalist of the Area TR organizers competition at the Rozmaitości Theater in Warsaw. As the youngest participant, she directed performative reading as part of the International Digital Play Festival at the studio theater in Warsaw and New York. What she loves most about her work is a pretty magical opportunity to create unique worlds, to mingle spiritual energy, meanings and images. Nastka is currently working on her feature debut.
