Director Statement

The Figure in the Backyard wasn't a planned film, I was having a get together with friends and I thought we'd make a film in the backyard. There was no script for it and I shot it using my phone and we improvised it as we went along, I had to use different camera angles to hide my shadow. I can't tell you how surprised I was when a festival reached out to me for them to judge it and present it.
