The Fear Faire Film Festival will be featured as a special attraction a the upcoming event on Friday the 13th and Saturday the 14th, May 2022 in Las Vegas as part of a complete Halloween and Alternative Music Festival. Featuring Independent Filmmakers and producers of the horror and alternative music genres.

The purpose of The Fear Faire Film Festival is to introduce the newest creators in horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and alternative music to mainstream horror lovers. This is a celebration of independent creation and the development of artistry among individuals in the horror genre.

During this festival, filmmakers will be able to showcase their work to a diverse audience representing both indie filmmaker experts and horror film junkies. Throughout the day, filmmakers will be able to take part in and present their films in panels and also screen other films by other indie filmmakers. This is a first time event, so it is a great chance to be the start of a legacy.

All winners receive laurel certification. Finalists receive tickets to the in person event.

The Fear Faire Film Festival is a exposition of independent filmmakers. Films must have been completed after January 1, 2019. As a exposition, films chosen to be a part of the event can range in genre including - horror, sci-fi, fantasy, music, shorts, trailers, horror reality.

Films that are not in English must include English subtitles.

All submissions for consideration must be made available via a private online screener link (no physical screeners will be accepted or viewed).

All film entries must be submitted no later than April 1, 2022.

Entrants that are reviewed and whose work will be screened at The Fear Faire Film Festival, will be notified and awarded two tickets to the event and a round table time slot to discuss the entry.

All entries must be within topic and genre of either horror or alternative rock music.

Public screening of films require films to carry no more than a PG13 rating. We may slide a bit on language, but nudity will be disqualified.
