Director Biography - Anthony de Lioncourt

Anthony De Lioncourt started out as a singer-songwriter but once he discovered film as a medium he hasn't looked back. His first feature film was the sci-fi thriller "The Protokon," which debuted at Soho International Film Festival, and was followed by the crime thriller "Thorns for Flowers."

Anthony is a true auteur. Going beyond writing, directing, and editing, he also does his own cinematography, composes his own music, and, for "The Elevator Game," designed and created his own visual effects. "I want my films to have a surreal, dreamy vibe to them," he says. "Every shot should be one you can pause and it looks like a picture."

His most recent film, "The Elevator Game," is a sci-fi mystery starring William Ragsdale, Catherine Mary Stewart, and Eric Roberts. Anthony lives on the South shore of Long Island and is inspired by films from the 80s.
