Pranay Aggarwal grew up in Delhi and moved to Mumbai at the age of
18 to attend film school. He graduated from Whistling Woods
International in 2020. Before pursuing filmmaking, he
was a national ranking badminton player representing Delhi. He made
Kathputli documentary in 2017 which went on to be screened in more
than 15 film festivals in India and abroad and won 'Best Documentary' in
U Special International Campus Film Festival 2018, Delhi. His degree film ‘Krishna Chaaya’ was selected in various film festivals around the world. He has a
youtube channel 'The Naughty Kid Productions' where he uploads his
films and videos. Having made several short films in school, he is now
working on his feature film about the life of a badminton player. His main career goal is to direct a feature film and release it theatrically.
