Kristel Kardeal (Kristel Hemmer Casagranda) is an award-winning screenwriter, writer, and script doctor, graduated with honors in Cinema from UFSC and specialized in screenwriting at the University of Montréal and AIC. With over 50 scripts produced, she has received awards in Brazil, India, the United States, and Cannes, in addition to being a finalist in prestigious festivals like FRAPA and Cabíria. Her projects include the film "Guardiãs" (2020), with half a million views on YouTube, "What’s up Champion?", the series "Ontem, Hoje e Sempre", and the feature film "Máfia do Crochê" (in development). As a Script Doctor, she contributed to works like "Pequenas Luzes" and "Leviatã". She is the Development Coordinator at Rockset and founder of Kardeal Roteiros. In literature, she has published over 11 works, including the books "A Mulher que Morreu Gritando" and "Imagenações". She is a member of ElaSCine and participates in the Audiovisual and Literature Sector of Balneário Camboriú (SC).
