Dillon and Simon met while studying abroad in Australia, and quickly bonded over their love for film. When tasked with an assignment to make a short film with only a Sony camcorder and an iPhone, Simon and Dillon Jumped at the opportunity to work together. Their partnership would continue to create other award winning films like Dilettantes
"It's normal in this business to question your ability to create something good. Throughout all the films I've created with Simon, I find myself asking; Is this worth making? Can we do this? No one can reassure me like Simon can. I realize through all our projects together that those questions don't matter. What does matter is being with people who make you laugh and make the long shooting days fly by. This isn't a great film, but a fun film that reminds me our roots, and transports me back to a great year of my life" -Dillon
