Mr. Seng Thy is the second son of the average family, He was born in 1992 in Phnom Penh city. He works hard and graduated from the Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2017 majoring of Media and Communication. Nowadays, he is working in video commercial production and a freelance writer, photographer, and videographer.
