The Cup is a historical short film retracing the journey of a 19th century cup, from its creation in 1890 until it was put in a museum in 2023. It spans the great eras of our era. During her journey, she meets several characters and discovers small pieces of their daily life.

Director Biography - Louis Lourdelle

Passionate about creating story and in particular film, since he was a child, Louis Lourdelle began to discover the world of audiovisual by creating small videos on YouTube. After high school, he joined the Audiovisual and Digital Media program at the Université Polytechnique des Hauts de France to learn the trade. He then spent a year in Quebec at the University of Quebec in Abitibi Témiscamingue for a bachelor degree in New Media Creation. After this year, he begins to be passionate about tcinematography and begins a new project, "La Tasse" by seeking to experiment more with the side of the frame and the lights.
