The Circle
Logor Sajmiste was a notorious concentration camp in WWII, situated in the heart of Belgrade, on the riverbank, near Usce. More than 7000 camp inmates, mostly Serbs, Jews and Roma people, were killed within its walls and fences. It was built on a circular plateau - in the complex of the former Belgrade Fair.
Through four true stories of camp inmates, we will dive deep into the darkness and depths of the circle - and emerge on the surface of the day, only to learn that circle has no beginning nor an end - but, nevertheless, can be escaped.
