The Children of Danu, The Land of Mist

This is Episode 5 (Season 4) of a celtic fantasy series, set in present day Belfast, N. Ireland and Belfast, Maine USA and their environs. The story also sees some of the main characters travel into the past, to no less than Hy Brasil, weaving in the origins of pre-celtic mythology (my interpretation). They arrive on the isle just as a cometary impact destroys a global & already ancient civilization in 10,596BC. They escape the cataclysm through Mike (an American from Belfast Maine, of course) opening a portal, one thousand years into the future. In this episode, in present day Maine, FBI Agent Sams meets a killer in Maine's State prison. Billy and Niamh, who got separated from Mike during the cataclysm, travel through the borderlands of Faerie in 2500BC, with enemies hot on their trail. In present day N. Ireland the PSNI learn about water worship and the Midew (American indian shaman) also travelling in Faerie, resigns himself to becoming the first Penobscot, Irish shaman...all makes perfect sense!
