The Chemistry Lesson 3D Immersive Binaural Audio Play (MUST WEAR HEADPHONES/EARPODS)

A satirical dark comedy, in which a transphobic Gangland Boss in denial about the suicide of his transgender child, is enraged when his favourite young gangster - TEDDY - ‘comes out’ as non-binary.

Haunted by an elusive rare butterfly within the walls of his secluded garden, the Gangster Boss acquiesces to the young man’s request to teach a chemistry lesson on gender diversity to his uneducated henchmen, with near tragic results.

The young gangster refuses to deny his non-binary identity to his  psychopathic boss. A surrogate father to the boy, the Gangster is blinded by his belief that there can only be two genders.  Death for young Teddy, seems inevitable.

A rare and special butterfly provides the Gangster’s epiphany, preventing him from killing this obstinate young man he loves like a son.

N.B. This audio drama discusses suicide and gender-based violence, which some people might find distressing.
