The Chance of a Change

Ronny's religion is love. When the boy and do-gooder meets defiant Titus at the children's hospice during a social project fresh out of high school, somewhere in the far east of Germany two worlds suddenly turn upside down. The 10-year-old's illness is incurable and life-shortening. Titus' mom is a single parent with two children and struggles with the consequences of her addiction. Titu's sister Ida comes up short. Titu's only and best friend Justin lives in a children's home. Life never deals the cards fairly - but for Ronny, that's no reason to give up. He stays positive and plays. That doesn't save or fix the world, or miraculously cure the disease. The real miracle is the big bang of a new friendship and vibes that make a difference. No one needs superpowers for that. Ronny judges it with respect and resonance - and a lot of love. A small miracle that suits each of us.
